Sometomes you may feel separated from who you used to be
Time has gone by I guess,
Had kids, got married, you are Blessed
Somewhere along the line
You just ran out of time
forgot the true meaning of life
You set goals and accomplished a few
Somehow you still feel less than
You know God will see you through
He always has been there
Although you don’t always feel him
You can’t let your feelings go
They may think you are losing mind
But holding truth inside is weight you cannot keep
The extra burden is not worth it, so speak
Don’t give too much of yourself
That you forget yourself
Sometimes you have to pull back
and reconnect with the source
Ultimately he’s the only one who can fix it
The mind battle, emotional rollercoasters, and physical strains
Let God take the pain
When you give him your TRUST, HOPE and FAITH
The rest is up to him
So much he has placed in you
To share with others
Go back to child-like thinking
When all your dreams could come true
Not caring what others would say
Wanting to be all God created you to be
Yeah, you may have grown up
But God still has a plan
There is purpose inside you
Don’t give up
God has work for you to do
It’s not all about us and what we desire
It’s about the life he’s given and all he requires
So let him be the judge and the potter
